The Yellow River Delta Chambroad Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was established in December 2011. It is the technical development center, and the wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Chambroad Holding Group. It is an enterprise technical center, and a high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province.

Since its establishment, the company has undertaken 9 projects such as the Natural Science Foundation, Major Scientific and Technological Innovation Projects, and key Research and Development Plans. It has 143 invention patents and 58 utility model patents. It has won 7 awards for scientific and technological advancement, 4 patent awards, and 24 appraisals for scientific and technological achievements, and has been approved to establish the National Key Laboratory for C4/C5 Olefin Polymers in the petroleum and chemical industry, the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory for Olefin Catalysis and Polymerization, the Shandong Provincial Environmental Microbial Agent Engineering Technology Research Center, and the Shandong Provincial Sulfide Engineering Research Center, Shandong Provincial Academician Workstation, Post-doctoral Research Workstation and many other scientific research platforms.

Adhering to the cooperation concept of "school-enterprise cooperation", the company has established twelve major innovation centers across the country in cities such as Jinan, Qingdao, Dalian, Xi'an and Wuhan, and has carried out practical cooperation with more than 60 universities in succession. At present, the company has invested 300 million yuan to equip high-end instruments and equipment, and has built an experimental building of 20,000 ㎡, a pilot test building of 6,800 ㎡, and a multi-function pilot base.
