Intensive research and empowerment to create the future-the completion and summary commendation meeting of the Jingbo Research Institute's empowerment operation officer project
On December 20th, the Jingbo Research Institute’s Enabling Operation Officer Project Closing and Summary and Commendation Conference was held in the Confucius Academy. The Jingbo Research Institute’s Deputy General Manager Mu Qingping, the Enabling Operation Officer Project Team Leader Wu Wenlei, and the Director of Xinyitaihe Consulting Center Guo Junhong and consultant team attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, consultant Gao Shudong led everyone to review the 63-day learning, work and growth experience of operating officers, and encouraged all operating officers to make hard work behind their success. Only continuous efforts will yield fruitful results.
The members of the empowering operations officer project team combined the pain points and problems in the actual work to form the final project. The project report was used on the spot to conduct PK. After fierce competition, the "Jingbo Research Institute Instrument Sharing Platform Application and "Promotion" project won the "Best Team Award".
Project team leader Wu Wenlei, Xinyitai and consultant Guo Junhong issued completion certificates to 24 trainees. The leaders of the conference awarded outstanding performance awards, outstanding contribution awards, excellent practice awards, and stars of progress to the operating officers. They are encouraged. The Xinyitaihe Advisory Group issued the "Growth Footprint" and "Operation Officer Competence Manual" to the trainees, hoping to continue their efforts.
