Mr. Zheng Song, the chief technical engineer of the company, introduced the company's development history, products and engineering application cases in detail. The company has comprehensive design capabilities for ultrasonic generators, horns and tool heads, and can conduct experiments, pilot trials and industrialized ultrasonic equipment customization according to customers' process requirements.
In order to deepen the understanding of ultrasonic equipment and engineering technology applications, on July 13, Li Weilong and Zhang Kai of the Process Engineering Institute went to Hangzhou Guobiao Ultrasonic Equipment Co., Ltd. for in-depth exchanges.
Mr. Zheng Song, the chief technical engineer of the company, introduced the company's development history, products and engineering application cases in detail. The company has comprehensive design capabilities for ultrasonic generators, horns and tool heads, and can conduct experiments, pilot trials and industrialized ultrasonic equipment customization according to customers' process requirements.
After exchanges, it was learned that ultrasound as a process enhancement technology has mature industrial application cases in ultrasonic descaling, crystallization (metal materials), lathe processing, and graphene microchip preparation. According to Mr. Zheng Song, the ultrasonic frequencies used in the petrochemical industry are generally 20KHz and 28KHz. Higher frequency ultrasonic means that the reduction of power is no longer applicable. Theoretically, the application of ultrasonic mechanical vibration to pipes and heat exchangers can greatly reduce the clogging phenomenon, and ultrasonic waves are beneficial to the formation of crystal nuclei in terms of crystallization, and can also be adjusted and controlled. Therefore, it has great application prospects in the descaling of heat exchangers that are easy to block in our company and the crystallization process of some industrial companies.
Through this investigation and exchange, we realized that high-quality ultrasonic equipment has the characteristics of constant amplitude, stable power, and high conversion efficiency of the transducer. Ultrasonic equipment used in the petrochemical industry also needs to have excellent explosion-proof performance and temperature resistance. Therefore, the introduction of ultrasonic equipment must be customized according to the application.
