Jingbo Chemical Design Institute Attends CAESAR II Pipeline Stress Analysis Technology Seminar

In order to improve the design ability of pipeline stress analysis engineers and improve the understanding and application level of CAESAR II software, from July 27 to 28, 2019, Jingbo Chemical Design Institute went to Jinan in Shuai Shuai and Han Deqiu to attend the CAESAR II pipeline flexibility and stress analysis technology seminar organized by Hexcon PPM.

Through the explanation of Hexcon PPM stress analysis training engineers, it is learned that CAESAR II software has become the most widely used pipeline stress and flexibility analysis software in the world by using the latest international codes and standards to analyze pipeline structural response and pipeline system stress. It has been widely used in petrochemical, chemical, electric power, maritime, shipbuilding, construction, pharmaceutical and many other industries.
In the petrochemical industry, the software can analyze and calculate the nozzle force of tower, heat exchanger, storage tank, pump and steam turbine and other equipment, so that the equipment nozzle force is within the corresponding specification allowable value, and the safe operation efficiency of the equipment is improved.
In the power industry, the software can analyze and calculate the force at the nozzle of the steam turbine, most of the steam pipelines and large-diameter hot water pipelines, so that the equipment and pipelines can operate safely within the allowable values of the corresponding specifications.
