Academician Qian Feng of East China University of Science and Technology Intelligent Factory Team Teachers Visit Jingbo Research Institute to Strengthen School-Enterprise Cooperation and Promote Development

On October 24, teachers Yang Minglei and Fan Chen of the intelligent factory team of Academician Qian Feng of East China University of Science and Technology visited Jingbo Research Institute to exchange the intelligent factory plan optimization solution-virtual manufacturing system. Cai Yinghui, general manager of overseas innovation center, Qi Tao, director of Process Engineering Research Institute, and relevant leaders of petrochemical industry intelligence center, business planning center, production department and technology department attended the meeting.
Teachers Yang Minglei and Fan Chen mainly introduced the virtual manufacturing technology, rapid characterization of oil products, oil blending and other solutions in the production process of large-scale intelligent refineries. Taking the application in Jiujiang Petrochemical Company, Zhenhai Refining Chemical Company and Jinling Petrochemical Company as examples, the whole process real-time simulation system, planning and scheduling optimization decision-making system, device operation optimization system, device operation evaluation system and other aspects were explained. The two sides discussed in depth the construction of intelligent refineries and sought further cooperation based on actual needs and advantages.
Through this exchange meeting, Jingbo will deeply explore the construction and application of intelligent refineries based on global optimization, promote the intelligent manufacturing of process-oriented industries to achieve major technological breakthroughs, and combine schools and enterprises to help industrial upgrading.
