Apply what you have learned and combine what you know with what you do-the sixth research institute conducts a learning exchange meeting.

If you learn alone and have no friends, you are lonely and ignorant. In order to continuously enhance the professional knowledge of scientific researchers, develop project research and development ideas, and improve the level of solving practical problems, on the afternoon of July 26, the Sixth Research Institute organized all staff to participate in the learning exchange meeting.
This learning exchange meeting was presided over by Dr. Yi Xianjun and was conducted in the form of professional knowledge teaching, learning and discussion. Aiming at the research and development direction of the Sixth Research Institute, Dr. Yi launched professional knowledge training on organic sulfur chemistry, popularized the relevant knowledge of sulfide in the field of fine chemical industry, applied what he learned, and improved his ability to apply knowledge. After the lecture, everyone discussed in depth the problems encountered in the research project, discovered more ideas and possibilities in the communication, and collided with the spark of wisdom.
Through this learning exchange meeting, the Sixth Research Institute formed a learning atmosphere of "continuous learning, mutual help, discussion and exchange", broadened its horizons, and achieved the goal of applying what it has learned and integrating knowledge and action.
In the future work, the Sixth Research Institute will continue to explore more effective learning methods, promote the whole staff to "apply what they have learned to promote learning; learn and apply each other, and learn endlessly", improve the professional skills of R & D personnel, lay a solid foundation for project R & D work, and promote the development of industrial companies.
