In order to further improve the company's modern management level and implement the requirements of total quality management, Jingbo Research Institute started the construction of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system. Wu Wenlei, deputy general manager of Jingbo Research Institute, Bao Ying, president of Jingbo Chemical Design Institute, Wang Yuehua, director of the Institute of Analytical Technology, and heads of departments and three systems attended the kick-off meeting and the two-day training from July 20 to 21.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Wang elaborated on the current situation of quality management of the research institute, hoping to realize the standardization of company management through the construction of the three systems, so as to make the research and development process more smooth, and stressed the importance and necessity of the construction of the three systems to improve the research and development production environment, reduce safety risks and realize continuous improvement. Mr. Wang pointed out that the construction of the three systems is a systematic project that requires full participation. He hoped that everyone could establish systematic and logical thinking through the construction of the three systems and apply it to the follow-up system construction and daily work.
Next, Mr. Wu summed up the investment for his family from the aspects of scientific, standardized, process-oriented work and professionalization of personnel through the learning and construction of the management system, and asked all departments to take it seriously and actively promote it. work together to push the company's quality, environment, occupational health and safety management level to a new level. Mr. Wu earnestly hopes that everyone will take this three-system construction and training as an opportunity to standardize the management of all aspects of the company, continuously consolidate the foundation, and strive to achieve the company's strategic goals.
Subsequently, Hu Yuhong, a national registered QMS/EMS/OHSMS auditor training teacher, brought two days of wonderful training on quality, environment and occupational health and safety management system to the trainees through rich knowledge reserves and detailed case references. The trainees said that they had gained a lot.
This training activity lays the foundation for Jingbo Research Institute to continue to strengthen system construction and successfully obtain evidence. The company will take the construction of the three systems as an opportunity to deepen the understanding of standards, combine the actual situation, promote management improvement, and escort the cultivation of major key technologies.
