Intensive Research Enabling to Cast the Future-Jingbo Research Institute Enabling Operations Officer Project Conclusion and Summary Commendation Conference Held Successfully

On December 20, the conclusion and summary commendation meeting of the enabling operation officer project of Jingbo Research Institute was held in Confucius Academy. Mou Qingping, deputy general manager of Jingbo Research Institute, Wu Wenlei, head of the enabling operation officer project, Guo Junhong, director of Xinyi Taihe Consulting Center, and the consulting team attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, consultant Gao Shudong led everyone to review the 63-day study, work and growth experience of the operation officer, and encouraged all the operation officers to make hard efforts behind their success. Only through continuous efforts can they reap fruitful results.
The members of the project team of the enabling operation officer combined with the pain points and problems in the actual work to form a final project respectively. PK was conducted on site in the form of project report. after fierce competition, the project of "application and promotion of instrument and equipment sharing platform of jingbo research institute" won the "best team award".
Project leader Wu Wenlei and Xinyi Taihe consultant Guo Junhong issued certificates of completion to 24 students. Participating leaders awarded outstanding performance awards, outstanding contribution awards, outstanding practice awards and progressive stars to outstanding operating officers, which are hereby encouraged. Xinyi Taihe Advisory Group presented the "Footprint of Growth" and the "Competency Manual for Operating Officers" to the trainees, hoping that they would continue to work hard.
