After communication, it is learned that ultrasonic as a process enhancement technology has mature industrial application cases in ultrasonic descaling, crystallization treatment (metal materials), lathe processing, graphene microchip preparation and so on. Mr. Zheng Song introduced that the ultrasonic frequency used in the petrochemical industry is generally 20KHz and 28KHz. The higher frequency of ultrasonic means that the reduction of power is no longer applicable. Theoretically, ultrasonic mechanical vibration applied to the pipeline and heat exchanger can greatly reduce the clogging phenomenon, and ultrasonic in the crystallization is conducive to the formation of crystal nuclei, but also can be controlled crystal type. Therefore, in our company easy to block heat exchanger descaling and part of the industrial company crystallization process has a greater application prospect.
Through this study exchange, we realize that high-quality ultrasonic equipment has the characteristics of constant amplitude, stable power and high conversion efficiency of the transducer. Ultrasonic equipment used in the petrochemical industry also needs to have excellent explosion-proof performance and temperature resistance, so the introduction of ultrasonic equipment must be customized according to the application design and manufacturing.
