Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall work of the supplier development department, implement the company's procurement strategy and policy, and formulate and improve relevant systems.
2, responsible for supplier management, including supplier sourcing, introduction, evaluation, elimination and other work, to build an excellent supplier team;
3, responsible for the strategic procurement of raw materials, including strategic materials procurement negotiations, research and development of material sourcing and standardized management and all kinds of production of electronic components and other materials;
4, responsible for the control of raw material procurement costs, responsible for procurement costs.
5, responsible for department management, including personnel echelon construction, skill upgrading, work standardization and management promotion;
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of manufacturing company supplier development or procurement experience, with security, instrumentation and other industry background is preferred;
2. Have mature negotiation skills and supplier relationship maintenance experience, familiar with the operation of each link of the supply chain;
3. Have the professional knowledge and ability to develop procurement resources and have strong ability to resist pressure;
4, have good internal planning and management ability and cross-departmental organization and coordination ability, have a strong sense of responsibility, good negotiation skills and interpersonal communication skills, strong team cooperation ability;
5, have good integrity and self-discipline behavior, good professional ethics;
