Team Overview

　　The laboratory has a high-level talent team with rich personnel and a reasonable structure, currently consisting of 56 members, including 1 National Distinguished Young Scholar, 1 Young Changjiang Scholar, 2 Taishan Scholars, and 39 individuals with a doctoral degree or associate senior professional titles. The plan is to build a professional team of 100 people within 5 years, covering the entire chain of polyolefin catalyst development, polyolefin material development, polyolefin material application development, polymer engineering equipment, and polyolefin material recycling.
