Process system engineering optimization project to maximize the value of technology and equipment

The process system engineering optimization project won the third prize of scientific research and innovation of the group, and the recognition of the group is the inexhaustible driving force for the process. Let the technology and equipment give full play to the maximum value. The production device is a process system connected by equipment and pipelines. It pursues the safety and environmental protection of the production process, the quality of the products is qualified and stable, and the production cost is reasonable and low. The process uses process simulation technology, CFD flow field simulation technology, anti-corrosion technology to meet the technical needs of industrial companies, and combined with system thinking, independent analysis, put forward a cost-effective program. In 2019, the Process Systems Engineering Optimization Project Team completed nine petrochemical company process simulation optimization projects involving hydrogenation units, reforming units, alkane dehydrogenation units and asphalt units. Among them, the asphalt device volume optimization project solves the problem of limited load of the primary distillation tower, which can increase the processing capacity of the device by 20 tons/hour, and the annual economic benefit is expected to be more than 16 million yuan. Provide 4 flow field simulation technical services for the material plate, involving butyl rubber device, rubber and plastic functional elastomer device and thiourea device. Among them, the rubber plant bromide material flash kettle optimization project simulates the internal flow field through CFD technology, optimizes the equipment structure, improves the problem of glue hanging in the kettle, and prolongs the continuous operation time. Lianrong Dalian University of Technology developed a corrosion expert management system to improve the management of petrochemical corrosion and scaling, and changed passive corrosion protection to active pre-corrosion protection to extend the operating cycle of the device. The normal decompression module, two sets of catalysis and two sets of coking modules have all been put into industrial application in 2019. Shoulder responsibility, continue to move forward to be a partial intensifier, a system integrator, do what others can't do well, and a cross-industry integrator of technology and equipment. The Distillation Research Office of the Technology Development Center is committed to the resource exploration of industrial companies. Guided by the idea of molecular refining, it analyzes the molecular composition of various distillates of petrochemical companies and establishes a large database. From the screening of characteristic monomers, through the means of separation, to achieve the monomer of resources, improve the added value of products, to promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial companies. The cyclopentane separation project won the special prize of innovation and progress of the group, which is the greatest recognition and encouragement to the project team. Believe in the power of belief Confidence and thinking are the key factors that determine success. Based on technological innovation, the team focuses on industrial needs, carries out omni-directional, multi-field and multi-system innovation, and promotes the rapid landing and transformation of scientific research achievements. A detailed analysis of the large database found that 12% cyclopentane in the oil blending component of the device failed to maximize the benefits. Through literature review, simulation, integration of external resources, develop a series of detailed plans and implementation.
