In order to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of Jingbo Research Institute, further strengthen the communication and exchange among colleagues, and enhance the vitality, creativity and cohesion of the team. On May 12, under the leadership of Wu Wenlei, deputy general manager of Jingbo Research Institute, more than 40 project managers, project reserve managers and related functional personnel went to Yiyuan Ecological Wetland to carry out a two-day team building activity.
This group building activity creatively took the personality test as the opening of the activity, so that everyone had a scientific understanding of their own personality and positioning before the activity started, and laid a solid foundation for the subsequent team cooperation. In the following "Team Ice Breaking" activity, everyone quickly completed the formation of the new team. Due to the estrangement brought by the strangeness, it gradually disappeared under the leadership of the instructor.
During the two days of quality development activities, each team carried out a number of group activities such as "bridge building", "dumb man building tower", "team jigsaw puzzle" and "dry land curling" under the guidance of the instructor. From the team decision-making, member communication, resource integration and other aspects of the team members to exercise, so as to exercise the will in practice, in the competition to temper the ability.
This group building activity not only enhanced mutual understanding, deepened the tacit understanding of teamwork, but also established a good atmosphere of mutual trust among colleagues, and established the attitude of the core team of Jingbo Research Institute to dare to try without fear of difficulties.
