Key Technologies and Industrialization of Alloy Synthesis in High-Order Polybutene Reactor

The polybutene project team has long been engaged in the directional polymerization of butene and the research of new polybutene materials. The project has obtained 35 Chinese invention patents related to the technology, applied for 1 PCT patent, and won awards such as the First Prize of Technological Invention in Shandong Province, the Second Prize of Technological Invention from the Ministry of Education, and the Second Prize of Patents in Shandong Province. The ten-thousand-ton industrialization unit of the project was established in 2015. The unit adopts a liquid-phase bulk polymerization process. This production technology has independent intellectual property rights and achieves high-performance polymers with a core-shell structure through two-stage polymerization.
