Key Technologies and Industrialization of Polyolefin Elastomer Synthesis

The polyolefin elastomer project relies on the strong chemical materials industry accumulation and resource support of Jingbo Holding Group to build an integrated technology development platform covering the entire chain of "α-olefins, catalysts, polymerization processes, and product applications." It deeply researches key areas such as polymerization processes and catalysts, successfully completing lab-scale, pilot-scale, and industrial-scale stages, producing high-performance POE products with independent intellectual property rights. The 30,000 tons/year production facility was successfully put into operation in 2023, becoming the first domestic facility to achieve ten-thousand-ton-level industrial production. BetoppTM-PVTM products are applied in the photovoltaic field, with excellent indicators in light transmittance and volume resistivity ensuring high photoelectric conversion efficiency of photovoltaic modules; BetoppTM-GTM products are used in modified materials, wire and cable, shoe foam, and other fields, providing excellent options for impact resistance, low shrinkage, and other application requirements.
