The process system engineering optimization project won the third prize of scientific research and innovation of the group, and the recognition of the group is the inexhaustible driving force for the process. Let the technology and equipment give full play to the maximum value. The production device is a process system connected by equipment and pipelines. It pursues the safety and environmental protection of the production process, the quality of the products is qualified and stable, and the production cost is reasonable and low. The process uses process simulation technology, CFD flow field simulation technology, anti-corrosion technology to meet the technical needs of industrial companies, and combined with system thinking, independent analysis, put forward a cost-effective program. In 2019, the Process Systems Engineering Optimization Project Team completed nine petrochemical company process simulation optimization projects involving hydrogenation units, reforming units, alkane dehydrogenation units and asphalt units. Among them, the asphalt device volume optimization project solves the problem of limited load of the primary distillation tower, which can increase the processing capacity of the device by 20 tons/hour, and the annual economic benefit is expected to be more than 16 million yuan. Provide 4 flow field simulation technical services for the material plate, involving butyl rubber device, rubber and plastic functional elastomer device and thiourea device. Among them, the rubber plant bromide material flash kettle optimization project simulates the internal flow field through CFD technology, optimizes the equipment structure, improves the problem of glue hanging in the kettle, and prolongs the continuous operation time. Lianrong Dalian University of Technology developed a corrosion expert management system to improve the management of petrochemical corrosion and scaling, and changed passive corrosion protection to active pre-corrosion protection to extend the operating cycle of the device. The normal decompression module, two sets of catalysis and two sets of coking modules have all been put into industrial application in 2019.
