In August 2025, the Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of High-Performance Polyolefin Materials and Recycling (hereinafter referred to as the "Provincial Key Laboratory") successfully held the semi-annual work summary meeting of the Provincial Key Laboratory in Binzhou City, Shandong Province.

The 2nd Polymer Chemistry and Materials Academic Symposium Successfully Held

On May 10-11, the 2nd Polymer Chemistry and Materials Academic Symposium, hosted by Zhejiang University and co-organized by Yellow River Delta Jingbo Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. and Shandong Key Laboratory of High-Performance Polyolefin Materials and Recycling, was held in Hangzhou. The symposium gathered over 100 top experts and scholars in the field of polymer materials, including Academicians Peng Huisheng and Zhu Weihong. Liu Zhenxue, Executive Deputy General Manager of Jingbo Research Institute, led a team of 12 from Jingbo Research Institute, Jingbo Polyolefin, and Jingbo Zhongju Technology R&D system to attend the conference and deliver keynote reports.

Focusing on Cutting-Edge Technology and Planning a New Chapter of Development — The First Academic Committee Meeting of Shandong Province Key Laboratory of High-Performance Polyolefin Materials and Recycling Successfully Held

To thoroughly implement the national "Dual Carbon" development strategy goals, accelerate the promotion of technological innovation and deep integration of industry, academia, and research in the field of new materials, and fully leverage the laboratory's leading role in the high-performance and recycling technology industry of polyolefin materials, on May 7, the first Academic Committee meeting of the Shandong Key Laboratory of High-Performance Polyolefin Materials and Recycling, jointly established by Yellow River Delta Jingbo Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd., Qingdao University of Science and Technology, and Shandong Jingbo Polyolefin New Materials Co., Ltd., was grandly held at the Tibet Hotel in Beijing.

To comprehensively grasp the development trends of the polyolefin industry and deeply understand the issues faced by enterprises, as well as to guide the development direction of China's polyolefin industry during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, on March 28, a delegation of eight people including Academician Tang Yong, Vice Chairman of the Chinese Chemical Society, and Professor Li Zhibo, Deputy Secretary-General, visited Jingbo Holdings Group. Using Jingbo's polyolefin industry as a research sample, they conducted in-depth research and exchange activities centered on the compilation project of the China Polyolefin Industry Development Report.
